If you are not satisfied with your Standard or Master Series model for any reason you may request a RMA from us within 72 hours of receipt to return the model to us. The item must be received by us in new condition, complete, and in the original packaging. 

We shall process a refund or credit your account within seven days of receipt of the returned model less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non refundable.

All Custom Model sales are final.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Please examine your model IMMEDIATELY upon delivery.

If the model has sustained damage in transit, this must be reported to us by e-mail within 24 hours of delivery.  We will repair or replace the model (or parts) our cost and discretion, subject to review by our shipping agent.

If shipping damage is not reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, you may return it to us for repair or order replacement parts for a nominal fee.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

All aircraft models are covered by a 1-year manufacturing defect warranty; we shall repair or replace the model in the event of a material flaw developing (i.e. cracking grain) provided it has not been kept in a harsh environment such as direct sunlight.
