To place your order, click on the appropriate
button and you will be taken to the PayPal page. Upon the
successful completion of your transaction you'll get email
confirmation from PayPal immediately. ALL WOOD WINGS will normally
email confirmation and status of your order within 48 hours of the
transaction (excluding weekends and holidays) Please email us
if you have not received an acknowledgement after 72 hours.

Standard Models are normally dispatched within one month
of receiving your order, however certain models may be made or finished to order, in which case we will advise you via email of the
expected shipping date.
Master Series models are built after the order
is received and we will advise the estimated production time upon
receipt of your order (usually between 2 - 3 months depending on model). You may request
minor detailing changes to the model, such as changing registration number for a Master Series model without additional charge,
but any other
change to models normally requires a Custom Order.
Our Custom Models are
truly made to order. We start from scratch instead of
modifying stock models as some competitors offering "made to order" models do.
Once you have placed a custom order, you will be invited to submit
your customization requirements (which can include photos and
written instructions) to us. You will then be advised of the expected
construction time or you
may request an estimate before placing the order. We usually require
between 2 - 5* months (dependant on model type, complexity of
customization and artist
workload to produce your model after all details for the replication package
have been confirmed. Photos of the finished
model are sent and, if approved by you, the model
is then shipped or if not approved, the model is returned to the
workshop for reworking. If you have an urgent need, please
write and we'll advise if we can meet a particular deadline.
We can provide personalized production certificates to present in
lieu of the model if the deadline cannot be met or if custom details
are only known by the recipient.
* Our estimate production times may vary due to seasonal load and do
not include extra time when reworking is request following approval
photos.

Our indicated shipping rate is good for any destination
world-wide.
Shipment will be sent to your registered PayPal
address, unless you advise us via email of another address. Our models are shipped via
Priority Recorded Airmail or FedEx depending
on model type and destination. A shipping notification is sent upon
dispatch via email. Delivery time is
typically 14 -18 business days, depending destination and seasonal
load. Expedited courier shipping is available for
an additional cost - please write for details.

Can I order a model of an aircraft or ship not featured on the website?
Yes. We are often commissioned to produce models
not featured on our website. Please write to us giving the full
designation/description/photograph and the approximate scale or size
that you require. We shall reply with a obligation free
quotation.
My order is for a birthday
(etc) gift; can you deliver it
by a certain date?
Please advise us when placing the order that the model is needed by a
certain date. We will advise you if we believe it possible to meet that date
or we can arrange for a production certificate to be sent in lieu of
the model, if not.
Although we cannot guarantee it, we will do everything humanly possible to meet your deadline, but
please
place your order early to avoid disappointment especially if it is a custom model.
We can provide personalized production certificates to present in
lieu of the model if the deadline cannot be met or if custom details
are only known by the recipient.
Color Accuracy
While we have striven to accurately display the colors of our products as
they appear on the website, the colors you will actually see depend on the
calibration of your monitor. We cannot therefore guarantee that your monitor's
display of any color will absolutely match the actual color of our products.
If color match is critical, please use the color chart on this
link help - just quote the Pantone number (s) when ordering.
Can I change the registration/tail number of a
model without placing a custom order?
Yes. You may change or omit the registration or tail number/letters
of any of our aircraft models, however any other change requires a
Custom order. Please state required number/letter in the
Instructions to Seller field when placing your order.
Can I order a Standard or Master Series/Custom model at a size smaller than shown on the site?
Yes. However, there is normally no reduction in the price
for a smaller sized model as the time and skill required to produce it is the
same. The reduced shipping cost of the model, if applicable, will be rebated
upon dispatch. Please indicate the smaller size/scale you wish in the "Message to
Seller" box when placing your order.
Can I order a model at a larger size than shown on the website?
Yes. Please write for a free quote if you wish to purchase a
model at a larger size than shown on the website.

Can I call you to discuss or place an order?
All Wood Wings is an internet based business with a global client base. In our several years of trading,
we have found email to be the most efficient (time zones) and cost effective means of communicating with customers. Sometimes people
believe that they can convey their request or specifications for a model better verbally. However,
details taken verbally can be misunderstood or incorrectly recorded; while emails are a permanent record for both parties that
clearly records the many details entailed – especially with custom orders. “A picture sent is worth
a thousand words”.
Can I pay using a service other than PayPal?
We have used PayPal for our payment processing since 2001 and have
not encountered ANY problems with their service. We believe
they offer excellent protection for all concerned parties. However, we do
understand that some may still prefer not to use PayPal and so we
also accept payments made via Google Checkout and Western Union Money
Transfer by arrangement. Credit card payments are NOT accepted
offline or via the phone. Please write

Do I have to open a PayPal account to purchase from All Wood Wings?
You don't actually need a PayPal account in order to make a
purchase. If you are an infrequent PayPal user then you can make use
of their Account Optional service. This allows you to make a PayPal
payment via credit or debit card without needing to setup a PayPal
account. You are allowed to use this service ten times, after that
you are required to set up a standard account. About the Service To
use the Account Optional service, click on the PayPal Buy Now
button on the Buy page. This will take you to PayPal. You should see
the page shown opposite. In the section labeled "Don't have a PayPal
account?" click the Continue link. How to Use It may look like
you're about to set up a new account but this is not the case.
You'll be taken through the process of supplying your credit/debit
card details etc. and your transaction will be completed without any
account being created.
Where are the models made?
Our models are made in our workshop and by freelance artists in the
Philippines.
How should I care for my model?
Your model will last a lifetime if properly cared for. Simply clean it with a good quality
furniture polish every so often. Do not use solvent cleaners that may damage the finish.
Do not place your model near a heat source or in direct sunlight.
