Delivery Couriers Used
1) Models over 28 inches long are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
2) All other ship models are sent via Express Mail Service Postal Courier (EMS).

Ship models sent via UPS are fully insured. If item is damaged in transit, a claim should be made directly to UPS. We would appreciate getting images detailing the damage (including damage to crate) so we can both support your insurance claim and possibly send repair parts (including touch up paint) to you free if that turns out to be the most efficient route.

Models sent via EMS are not insured. In their case, shipping damage must be reported to us by e-mail within 24 hours of delivery, and we will repair or replace the model and ship back at our cost*.  The item must be received by us complete and in the original packaging. You must request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us before returning the item.  We will not accept any item that is returned without a RMA number.

* All Wood Wings does not pay for or reimburse shipping charges on items sent to us.

All ship model sales are final.
