Payment Billing
To order a ship model, click on the PayPal
button and you will be taken to the PayPal Secure Website.
Upon the successful completion of the transaction PayPal sends email
confirmation immediately.
The transaction will show on your next statement as "PAYPAL*ALLWOODWINGS"
.
Within 72 hours you will receive confirmation of
your order from All Wood Wings.
Payment Plan
Ships models are sold either with one payment
or with an interest free payment plan where a deposit is required.

Custom
Models
If ordering a custom model
please send us the complete replication information which must
include at least one
high quality image showing the FULL SHIP in its exact correct
configuration as per your chosen circa.
That image will be our "primary image" on which everything regarding
your order is based.
Construction Times
1) All ship models are "built to order" and usually require
14-16 weeks to build, depending on size.
2) For custom orders, construction times will extend if we are
waiting for requested information.
Deposits Non-refundable
All deposits are final and can not be cancelled once received as research
and/or construction
on them occurs
immediately upon receiving the order.
Delivery
Couriers Used
1) Models over 28 inches long are shipped via
United Parcel Service (UPS)
with about 3 day delivery.
(UPS does not deliver to military APO and other post office box
numbers)
2) All other ship
models are sent
via
Express Mail Service (EMS) Postal Courier
with about 5-10 days delivery.
